Carol619 Posted April 12 Share Posted April 12 I was a member of the newly formed Wichita Phantoms Drum and Bugle Corps when they broke off from the scarlet lancers In the late 60s. The first year we had homemade uniforms but subsequently wore black uniforms with blue accents (as I recall). I never got photos.
