The Dixie Regiment drum and bugle corps was entering the competition pretty confidently after their five day mini-camp. They were sure of leaving the show with the corps' first medal. Unfortunately, the Emerald Regime drum and bugle corps bested the Regiment by .008! Despite their five point improvement, they received fourth place at the show. The Dixie Regiment would like to congratulate Emerald Regime for winning their first encounter with the Dixie Regiment and are looking forward to their next show!
