Malibu Posted March 3, 2005 Share Posted March 3, 2005 Any Regiment alumni out there recall hearing the guard instructor yell to the guard, "Color Guard, bring Tuna Fish?" I heard the story from a guard member. She said when they first heard it they thought their guard instructor had lost her mind! The hornline and drumline all went off in different directions working on things. The guard set up a spin block and went for a walk around the building until the rest of the corps was out of sight. They then continued to march towards a Dairy Queen! b**bs After they spent 2 hours eating ice cream, they got back in spin block and marched back to the school. The rest of the corps thought they had been marching around the whole time! So whenever the guard instructor would yell....."Guard bring Tuna Fish" they knew it meant bring money for a trip to an ice cream store, but they acted like it was torture! :P Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
