elementwrx Posted March 13, 2005 Share Posted March 13, 2005 (edited) I looked at the original proposal I had made for the DCPI Rules Congress, and it stated that: Any rule proposed to the congress, must pass with at least a 2/3 majority amongst the voting members. It will then be submitted to Jeff and Steve for approval for the rest of the time. Rule changes may be implemented during mid-season, as long as they are not drastic changes (a change in the number of allowed caption changes, etc.,). We need to look at all the rules once voting is done with. I'm pretty sure that it'll clear up a lot of issues. I'll run through all the threads real quick and post the vote percentages.
