isuquinndog Posted April 5, 2005 Share Posted April 5, 2005 Director Mike Quinn and the staff of eXplosion are pleased and excited to announced the 2005 Live Season Show: The Life and Music of Aaron Copland. Musical selections will include music from all of the major Copland pieces including, "Fanfare for a Common Man," "Rodeo," "Billy the Kid" and "Applachian Spring". eXplosion has won numerous awards over the past three seasons, including a Bronze Medal at the season 2 world finals, Bronze Medal at the aseaon 3 DCP-N regionals and an 8th place finish at last year's world finals. eXplosion is also one of just four corps' to be in all three previous world finals.
