JammitorDan Posted June 7, 2005 Share Posted June 7, 2005 A percussion clinic will be provided on Friday, July 29th 2005 in Winston-Salem, NC. as part of the DCA Preview of Champions competition. The corps scheduled to compete are as follows: Reading Buccaneers, S.F. Renegades, Bushwackers, Hurricanes, Corpsvets, Carolina Gold, and Heatwave. The weekend long events start Friday evening when downtown Winston-Salem turns into a block party featuring various performances and exhibitions (Renegades Loud Music Symposium South). The clinic is scheduled to begin at 6pm in the Grand Pavillion of the Embassy Suites hotel that will showcase various solo material, as well as the entire percussion section of the Carolina Gold Drum and Bugle Corps. The clinic is sponsored by Dynasty USA, PRO-MARK Drum Sticks, and Paiste Cymbals. Giveaway items will be provided for those who attend this presentation, free to the public. The drum corps show will be held Saturday night, July 30th.
