CODI
Right up the street from the stadium is REDWINGS!!! Fantastic Seafood!!!! Clams, Haddock, Oysters, and the price is right. In Boston try Abe and Louie's Steak House in Copley Square, by far the best in Boston. Also, if you want to try Locke-Obers, also in downtown Boston great New England Dining. Don't where jeans!! Probably everything else will go. Don't get trapped into the tourist traps of Pier 4, or Jimmy's, on the waterfront. If you want the same food as Jimmy's, eat right across the street at Jimbo's. Same owners, and same food. It is on Atlantic Ave. in Boston. Also, if you like some good Italien Food, go to the North End. Pizza, try The Circle on Hanover Street. No liquor lic, but they will ask you if you want "cold tea", and you will receive a nice cold beer in a cup. Any Rest on Hanover Street is great. Make sure you try the pastry at Mike's, also on Hanover Street. Fantastic. Hope this helps. You are about l hour to Boston from Foxboro. Driving in Boston is an exper. Lafayette House Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub Omega Pizza Bangkok Cafe Endzone Cafe Foxboro House of Pizza Papa Gino's Edited August 11, 2005 by aleigh
mike20h
About 20 minutes from Foxboro heading towards Boston is the Chateau Italian restaurant on Rt 1 in Norwood( I believe). Some of the best Italian and American food, huge portions, very reasonable prices. You won't be disapointed.

kstein
Lafayette House is an interesting place from a historical perspective, but the food is very overpriced and fairly mediocre. 99's and Papa Geno's are chains and are okay. The others on your list are pretty bad. Better bets: Siam Lotus on Rte 1 in Norwood. EXCELLENT Thai food. Sal and Mal's. A greasy little NY style pizza place in the center of Foxboro. Eaglebrook Saloon. Good little drinking and pub food place in Norfolk, about 2 miles from the Stadium. Enjoy! Karen

Pizza at Papa Geno's is super greasy. 99 is a local chain- food is decent. Picadilly Pub (another chain) is right over near the 99 on Rte 140, so if one is crowded, try the other. Skip the End Zone.
