elphaba01 Posted November 15, 2005 Share Posted November 15, 2005 Larry Scott, RIP: Mr Larry Scott an alumni of the many times National Champion Reilly Raiders senior corps, and a Charter/Founding member of the National Judges Association departed this earth last week. Mr Scott was a marching member of the Reilly Raiders during their Natioanl Champioship years of the late 1940s and through the 1950s. He was also a founding member of the National Judges Association, and remained an actice adjudicator with that body for 55 years. Mr Scott's service was honored in a testimonial recited at the recent Tournament of Bands Atlantic Coast Conference Chempionships held at Scranton PA. I well remembr Larry Scott as a marching and manuvering judge from the 1960s. He was always a very fair "Rank & Rater" and spoken of in very respectfull terms by almost everyone.
