Rehearsals were held locally at our corps hall and the members enjoyed the unusually fair California January weather. During the camp, Dan McLaughlin was announced as the second Drum Major for the 2006 season. Dan spend the last few seasons in the mellophone line and will be working with Alex Bernstein who is returning for his second year as Drum Major. While the colorguard members were busy with their respective winterguard programs, the brass and percussion sections enjoyed a very successful weekend. With a few exceptions, the membership for each section has been set and the staff and members have moved their focus from auditions to preparing for the upcoming season.
