Sunday, April 2nd, 1-4 pm @

Martial Arts in the Public Interest - N. 96th St., just west of Aurora in North Seattle.

Our first rehearsal was a big success - It's only going to get better.

We could use some baris and contras, just like everyone else.

We have a horn for you! - We play exclusively on Kanstul G bugles!

Rehearsal went well.

Looked over a new arrangement of "America the Beautiful" for starters.

Then we worked completely through a Mike Duffy blues medley that included "St Louis Blues", "Summertime", and finally "My momma done told me!". The Seattle Imperials did it back in the day.

Finally we started in on "Maleguena", and got thru the baritone solo before 4:00 rolled around, and we hit the road.

Next rehearsal should include a couple of BD tunes. One from the 70's, and another from the 90's.

It's just a matter of time before we take over the world. Watch out!
