pitchick91
We are working on a peice for our show where there is a possible spot for 4 mallet work. It has been so long since i played 4's that i'm looking for the best technique to use. Any Ideas. The pattern of notes is: G/B F/A G/Bb A/C B/Gb The angle is what is messing me up cause it's hard to get your hands to bend in the directions they need to :) Any input would be helpful. MarimbasaurusRex
Hey, we went to the same high school! First thing you should probably do is call Brad Amidon. It's hard to tell if those are double stops or which mallet would be assigned to each note. G over B or G on the bottom?
pitchick91
Brad is my individual teacher here at the Boro. Great guy. He showed me how to hold them, but i'm finding it hard to get the mallets to where they need to go.
