vibegirl
At one point I remember hearing about a small group of people getting older instruments together and selling them to groups that were just starting up. Does anyone know if that is still going on? If I remember right it was someone around the Chicago area or something like that. I want to start a drumming ensemble at the school I work at and I will be starting with no money (unless I get grants) and no instruments. I know that something will turn up but I thought that if I could find these guys it would help. Thanks for anyone that can give me info, Shara

I don't think the foundation sells their instruments, just loans them to start-up corps until they can purchase their own equipment.
