sburstall Posted June 26, 2006 Share Posted June 26, 2006 I just got back from almost two weeks in China and am wondering what the performance/scoring/placement/whatever dynamics have been thus far...the scoops, the match-ups, the chatter, etc. Many thanks. Tigers are still in 1st with the best record in the major league. US still sucks at soccer. I mean Italy had to help us tie them. other than that...nothing much. I don't know why they just didn't do D1 and make the top 12 like I feel thet could. The answer is that corps can't just compete in DI on desire alone. There's a review process corps have to go through, and it takes several years to get approval for DI. If I remember correctly, the Blue Stars started their review in the early 2000s, 01 or 02 (someone might be able to clarify). I for one hope to get to see Academy sometime in the next few seasons.
