The Spirit of Newark/New Jersey are pleased to announce Renae Gallone Borgstrom as the Caption Head for their color guard. Renae comes with a wealth of teaching and performance experience. She has performed with Innuendo Winter Guard, Black Watch, and the Hawthorne Caballeros, 2003 DCA World/Color Guard Champions. Renae has taught several high school color guards in New Jersey, including Florence and Northern Burlington County Regional, both of whom have won Best Guard titles, and Burlington Township, winning regional, state, and all-state titles. She has also written for and taught Innuendo Winter Guard (2003 WGI Independent A Class Finalists) and was on staff with the 2006 Hawthorne Caballeros Color Guard. We are very excited to have Renae on board and we look forward to a successful collaboration with her here at the Spirit of Newark/New Jersey.
