sophillycab Posted November 27, 2006 Share Posted November 27, 2006 (edited) Hawthorne Caballeros Open House - 2007 The Hawthorne Caballeros officially started the 2007 season at our Open House on Sunday, November 26th, 2006. It was great to meet so many new people and see all our old friends. We started off the day with a review of what it is to be a part of the Caballero family, spent some time with the new and returning members and then dispersed to the corners of Hawthorne to break into sectionals. Open House is always a great event in Hawthorne, but the best experience is at the end of the day, when we all get together to hear what the staff and membership manage to put together - in just a few hours. You could tell by the reaction of the visitors, staff and the members that we will have another great year in store for Hawthorne. The 2007 staff is an amazing team and they were all very satisfied and excited with the results of the day. 2007 will be a great start of the next 60 years...and beyond. We welcome all new members in colorguard, brass, percussion and support. So if you are still interested in marching with the Caballeros or just checking out drum corps options, come visit us at our next camp weekend, December 9 and 10, 2007.
