nero14 Posted January 30, 2007 Share Posted January 30, 2007 oh man... i can knock a solid 3 minutes off my 3-mile time listening to DCI vs nothing.... i actually kept a spread sheet with Excel and you could see the days i brought my iPod because they were so much faster... Scouts 95 (this should be on everyone's work-out playlist) Cadets 93 Cadets 98 Cavies 2000 Cavies 95 Bluecoats 2005 (i swear i get pumped every time i hear the first minute) Bluecoats 2001 (and often times i'll start the song over after the intro so i can hear it again!) Phantom 1993 SCV 2003 and tonight i just did Cadets 2000 for the last 11 min of my run- its not one i've used before but it did great...
