What do you mean Frontier means business THIS year?

We mean business EVERY year. *GRIN*

See everyone at Rochester if not sooner.

Alrighty then.......what phrase would YOU use to differentiate between Frontiers of the past, and the current edition that has over a minute of drill completed in JANUARY??

(or have you ALWAYS attacked drill this early??)

Either way, you are going to be a force to be reckoned with.....be proud!

This is only my second year with the corps. And last year I came in somewhat late to fill first a baritone hole and then a contra hole. Being a tuba player it was a better fit, obviously.

We do mean business every year. It's just that we're starting to really mature as an organization. Though, at year three you should still be maturing. Though, we still experience the odd growing pain from time to time we're able to do more earlier. A good thing for us, though, was our performances with the Turtle Creek Chorale this year. The majority of the returning brass line has not had two weeks in a row that we haven't been playing. So, we're not as rusty to start the year.

I think a lot of props really have to go out to John, Chris and Mike. They've been hard at work with the drill designing and arranging so that we have music and the drill to accompany it. Without their hard work (and the work of others behind the scenes that I don't get to see) we wouldn't have been freezing our rear ends off in January to get a minute of drill on the field.
