Brass and percussion will rehearse from 9:30 AM until 9:00 PM. For directions and a schedule of all the rehearsal details for the weekend, visit our website, www.cabs.org. On Sunday, March 11, 2007 the Caballeros will march in the St. Patrick's Day Parade in Kingston, NY. The parade is hosted by the City of Kingston and the men and woman of the Ancient Order of Hibernians. We are looking forward to seeing all our fans in the Kingston area and joining them in the celebration of St. Patrick's Day. INTERESTED IN JOINING THE HAWTHORNE CABALLEROS? The Caballeros are looking for members in all sections and support areas. If you are a percussionist, musician, dancer or color guard performer looking for a place to march, we would love to have you. Experience is helpful, but not necessary - we have a place for everyone. The Hawthorne Caballeros rehearse mostly in Hawthorne, NJ and have members from all over the United States. We have transportation arrangements available and will work with you to provide local housing if you need it. Come and check out the corps this weekend. Time is running out to become a member of the 2007 Hawthorne Caballeros. The first of April the numbers we have are the numbers we are writing for. So if your interested in performing with the Cabs this summer its time to be there. The corps is performing in Kingston this week if your in the area come check us out. We are in Hawthorne NJ all Saturday long. Come check the progress of the corps out. Interested? Please get in touch. Again the show will be written for the numbers we have as of the first of April so make your plans to be at this next rehearsal. Big Adam Posted March 7, 2007 Share Posted March 7, 2007 The Caballeros have always been an international favorite but it's official the 07 Cabs will have members representing three different countries. We now have members from all-over the tristate area and not to mention Canada and now Japan. People are coming from everywhere to be part of this world class organization and to spend their summer with the Caballeros. There really is something special going on here folks and the time to join it is now. The brass line could still use a handful of talented high brass musicians, soprano or mellophone. Come play one of the most challenging books that is full of the style and passion that has made the Caballeros WORLD FAMOUS. Don't sit on the fence anymore or else this opportunity might pass you by or else someone from another country might take your spot.
