Brad DeWaal
I think you're talking about U.S. Open, not DCI East.By the way, spread from 5th to 10th in prelims was 1.1, so it wouldn't have taken much to flip placements there.
Brad DeWaal
I too marched with Greece 74-78. was a great time and a thrill to win Class A in Philly. I went on to the USMC D&B in Wash DC under Truman Crawford till 82. I marched in a few parade corps then joined the Mighty St Joes Alumni Corps in 91 and I'm still there! This has been a fantastic ride as I can't commit to competition just yet. There's no show that goes by that I don't see old friends, to those who compete good luck, to those who march Alumni exhibition I'll see ya around. More importantly for those who used to be part of this thing called Drum and Bugle Corps, don't ever think you're too old or have lost the talent to do what ever you did back then, there is always room and every corp out there needs you. Alot don't require true Alumni status. So check them out and join one it's still a ball. See ya on the tour
