We had such a good turn out on sunday and not everyone could make it we are having another practice. The Boys of 76 Drum & Bugle Corps will be holding an open house on Sunday March 21 between 2:00 & 6:00 p.m. This event will be held at Flatiron Mall located at 1661 Douglas Ave Racine, Wi. Everyone is welcome to stop in and see what 76 is planning for this year. Feel free to bring along your own instruments. Equipment will be available for use. HornsUp Posted March 16, 2010 Posted March 16, 2010 (edited) Memorial Hall was built by American Legion Post 76 in the post-WWI era. When the Great Depression hit, they could no longer afford the facility and had to deed it over to the City of Racine. However, Post 76 and their drum corps were given free use of the building for another 3 decades or so. Check out the picture above. That's quite an impressive-looking corps hall !!!
