That also gives some of the other corps a better chance to make finals and so on. That sounds like a really good idea. B)

This may seem really stupid but what are we using in the way of a touring schedule?

Black Devils Drum and Bugle Corps Season Recap With the end of finals in Oklahoma City, OK signaling the end of the off season the Black Devils Drum and Bugle Corps return to Fallbrook, California a proud and determined to do just as good or better in the up coming Live Season. For a fisrt time corps to make it all the way to Div. I quarter finals after starting the season late is a great thing and their Executive Director is very proud. The corps started out the season with their first score of a 70.835 and to end it at quarter finals with a score of a 93.868 is a great accomplishment and the staff and members are very proud and they have every right to be. It is also a pleasure to say that next season we will be introducing 3 new corps into our ranks under the new founded Southern California Performing Arts Organization: The Old North Regiment Drum and Bugle Corps: competeing as a Div. I Corps The Emerald Brigade: Competeing as a Div. 2 Corps. The Golden Knights Drum and Bugle Corps: competeing as a Div. 3 Corps Show announcements for all 4 corps will be announced either in mid. Feb. or later that same month. To all corps: Good Luck next season

This sounds like a very interesting induction. I for one would love to learn the ways of DCA and would compete in this type of league.

TITLE OF PROPOSED CHANGE: Championships placement for winter (off) season DESCRIPTION: For the winter season we should have a poll for where championships is going to be. This poll should be between the location of the corps that made finals. In other words finals for the off season should be chosen from one of the finalists of the previous season and hosted by them. PURPOSE/RATIONALE: Convience for corps. It lets them decide where it is and will also help better to improve the selection of where corps wish to compete throughout the season.
