I have been around OC for the last 7 years and without a doubt, this is the best start EVER. Tons o' horns and they ROCK.... This is going to be a most excellent tour....They are on fire!

OK, I was there and the crowds were low at the beginning but the stands filled up pretty good later on... Now on to the review. Being a ARMY guy, It is hard to cut the marines any slack, but it was outstanding! brought a tear to my eye when they marched out playing the marine corp waltz! Hooah This was my first show of the year and loved the show... I am always impressed with how hard those kids work, I thought every corp did great! Crappy review, but man, I love drum corps!

We are proud beyond belief of them, their corps and this activity in general. I have said repeatedly that I am grateful of his having found this activity and open up to a whole world I never new existed. He has been doing this for over 5 years now and I saw him leave on his first tour and come back changed and I was not displeased with what I saw. I know they relish the experience, so do we. Indulge us now and then in our little overexuberance's - we are just so very proud. Dad I could not have said it better! The first year I was a proud dad watchig my kids participate, I was focused on just our Corp, but when I went to finals and looked around the stands, talked to other parents, wow, I was overwelmed by the whole concept, the support, the pride, from every organization, staff, kids, and parents. GO Impulse! b**bs OC Dad B)

Crud.....Sorry about that. It looks much better in real life.....really. But it does take the edge off of how many shows, whos on first, my dad can beat up your dad...... :(

MMMMM, I can think of a lot of reasons,,, spartans, BDB, ....perhaps OC? .... I love watching the DIV 3 corps, cause they have some great heart.... I guess I watching perfect corps don't thrill me that much

OK, so here is the technical question de jour....Being that this is my kid's first experience at finals, will there be a tape made of the perfromances??? If there is, I can just stare at my son b**bs and know that I can see the rest later! Also, has anyone given any thought to getting the OC parents together in MA before/after the compitition? Get er done OC~!!!

Oh yea of little faith! My prediction......OC takes it all w/ a 95.324, and the fan entertainment value will be off the scale! By the way, I hear that they have a very cool trailer! No sweat, Center X...We are all havin' fun, and I qoute "God, I love these kids!" :P
