Don't know how to use the copy feature but I wanted to ask Cop meant by: BK guard seems to jive with the level of show given to horns and drums.

I'll get some info for Blue Knights. We'll be there too. Our vacation this year, fly into VA visit friends and be Blue Knight groupies to Indy. Next year I think I'll fo something else.

Just finished the show, will have scores pretty quick. I told Craig as far as I know he is the thread we have to the show.

Craig says there aren't very many people at the show but the stadium is nice. He'll let me know what is going on ASAP.

Wow! That just left me crying like a baby. They are awesome. I am so proud to know both of my kids are out there fulfilling a dream; both going on a drum corps tour together and what a great year to do it. Craig is so proud of Stacia. It is a dream come true for both of them. When you and Craig boarded the bus, 13-years-ago, she wanted to go so bad. That 4th of July at our block party she brought her little flag down, set up her music, and did a show for everyone to Phantom Regiment. She said, "I'm going to drum corps when I'm old enough." She started practicing when she was 6. .

I think that score would be awesome and well deserved. Happy 4th to everyone.

I don't know what to think about the scores. It's had to get a read on how the corps are doing with judges that appear to have different criteria fron the east to the west. We'll see in San Antonio though, everyone coming together.

I forgot the Blue Knights show is pretty easy!

One point difference between BK and Cadets in visual. That's exciting.

BK and Cadets were great. Craig's phone is running out of batteries, like I said As soon as scores are announced he will text if his phone works. I'd text him back and ask him to use ANYONE'S phone but that would use more battery, sigh, I know he'll try.

I agree 100% about the judges, last night was rather disappointing for both The Cadets and Blue Knights. BUT... No report from the show? Oh my! I will keep my phone handy and see if I can get info from Craig. He is busy but he did text me a couple of times after BK performed. Sometimes though... what are you going to do? Hoping Cadets hit 80 and BK 75. GO BLUE KNIGHTS

Encore on field right now. BK rocked it, that coming from my son, he's happy, but the final say comes from the judges. Will have scores as soon as available.

I'm going to SA, we'll finally meet and I can introduce you to Stacia and of course hi to Craig.

Oh, you'll hear "Go Stacia" for sure, half her school is going and are so proud of her. If you listen to Finals night in '02 before the Blue Devils started you can hear "Go Craig" the whole section I was in thought it would be fun to help me out.

With some of the talent BK has this year, musical arrangers Jim Prime and Jay Bocook along with percussion arranger Ralph Hardimon I think we will see good things coming. I know the show is crowd friendly and is a fun show. They have been adding but this being July 1, there is so much more to do within every corps. I'm fortunate living in CO I get to go to DATR and see what has changed since seeing them in Stanford and Stockton. I know my avatar says "Love the Blue" but I have to say I love the Cadets show this year. Go Blue Knights!

I have heard BK has been practicing relentlessly. They have cleaned a lot and added more to the show. I've said before they are finding their niche. I am excited to see them mature this summer. I've read a lot of good things about them on here and have seen them, they get the crowd going. GO Blue Knights!

They are very happy with the show. Craig is working with the guard right now--cleaning. A lot of cleaning and additions should show up soon throughout the show. It's very exciting to hear the new tweaks they make on the show daily. They're hearing what they're told and I can truthfully say I can't remember them working at this pace. Stacia is dying but loving it. LOL...the water is boiling hot so they have to run through it as fast as they can. ouch - ouch - ouch

I am replying with the only thing I was told. Stacia on the guard bus thought it was crowd based. Talked to Craig next, geez, he said they left as soon as they performed, he thought it was just an exhibition performance. I tried telling him what Stacia said and it turned and he wasn't sure except they are practicing at the crack of dawn and wanted to get back to the school to get dinner then bed. I am pretty sure that is what I heard between 4 phones at once. Color Guard bus is screaming, staff bus is having a lot of fun; Stacia wasn't sure so I try to get info from Craig and it's always like this ! The school has no phone reception.

The show is fan based, so the fans vote. On phone now, no word,
