Wonderful job to all that braved the storm and GREAT light show I enjoyed chatting with all the Drum Majors before we went out and got awards. I can't wait to see you all again. Keep your toes high and set everyone back in their seats and part their hair with They will thank you for it!!!!!

It was a lot of fun playing with the New Orleans crew!!! Made new friends and saw old friends.... Can not wait to do it again. Maybe at a show or next year in New Orleans, or Galveston.

Once again it is that time for well wishes and giving THANKS that we have this thing called Drum Corps!!!! Gulf Coast Sound is once again sending out an invite to one and ALL that would like to come and march the Galveston Mardi Gras parade. We will do things a little different this year.....We are renting 3 cabins on the beach, rehearsal will be Saturday morning at the cabins, then you will be served lunch and beverages b**bs . We will then shuttle everyone to the start of the parade route...do the parade, the uniform is whatever you are comfortable in, if you want to wear your coprs uniform, or blue jeans and the T-shirt you get when you pay your registration fee, comfortable shoes are a MUST the parade is 4 miles but it goes by really fast.
