Mini Corps Reports?
SUNSNARE07 replied to jondgrant's topic in DCA All-Age Corps and Alumni Corps Show & Event Reviews
I saw that too, why is everyone always going after the Cadets for narration, other corps do it too -
and Fran, you are simply the man, greatest announcer ever IMO

Our awesome snare tech Darick Kelly marched the Blue Devils snareline in 2004 and 2005, he placed 2nd in DCI I&E in 2005

Well you'll notice the difference when you see it, our arrangements were written a little similarly but differently, some of our music was written specifically for us

Thank you so much everyone for all your congratulatory messages, as a marching member I really do appreciate it and the Sunday Night Show was the most incredible show ever. Congrats to all the corps, I had so much fun performing with everyone and retreat was da bomb

Well, as a performer, show was good, crowd was a little small for my tastes but it was still good. Field felt nice but set up was a tiny bit weird with the 3rd baseline being the front sideline. I only watched the opening of Brigs and heard Empire from outside and walked in as their show came to an end, they got the biggest ovation of the night IMO. As for me, my corps had an excellent show and we were pleased with our progress and our score despite the penalty. Other than that, overall it was good show, congrats to Empire for the win and the Brigs for being excellent hosts. OK I'm done -

Nice, looking forward to seeing and meeting you at the hotel, good luck in the show -
on behalf of Storky and myself, I guess if he played Madison Square Garden he would ask SUN's drumline to play and if he played the Blue Cross Blue Shield Arena in Rochester, he would ask CRU's drumline to play. Wouldnt that be fun, though I would rather be up there drummin with Dream Theater or Rush and my favorite drummers Neil Peart and Mike Portnoy. Anyway, congrats on the gig Cabs D-Line, kick some ###!!!

my sentiments exactly, they should also try and get rid of those roto toms they have for tenors, then maybe we could how good they are because their snare and tenor lines look pretty #### good, however the instrumets they are using do not allow them to display their excellence Hopefully this doesnt sound mean
