  2. The White Sabers are looking for a Driver in the Albany area to drive one of our corps vans on the weekend. This is a paid position with our corps. All those interested email pete amico at AAMICO@stny.rr.com
  3. Well chuck that goes without saying. However, Chuck is right folks Great FOOD, and Great people, along with free tuition makes for a great time.
  4. IMMEDIATE OPENNING!!! The White Sabers have an opening for one marimba player!! We are currently in the process of looking for one marimba player, that can step in, play the parts, and learn the music quickly. Our front ensemble is moving fast and rapidly with our new front ensemble instructor Vince Lucente from elements indoor percussion. All interested candidates please email me at kylejsoccer04@yahoo.com, or fill out a membership application on our website at www.whitesabers.net Oh did i mention FREE TUITION?
  5. also follow us on twitter as well at http://twitter.com/WSDrumcorps Look for a sneak peak at the drumline after our camp this weekend.
  6. sorry to hear that the weather did not allow you to attend. Hopefully you will be able to make it out on the 13th and 14th of march. Despite the bad weather the turnout was amazing. The hornline played through the entire book while the drumline was hacking away at both segment 1 and 2. The food as always was spectacular Leslie really out did herself as always. We look forward to seeing anyone else that is interested coming to check things out on March 13th and 14th.
  7. Looking forward tos eeing everyone tomorrow at 2:30. Drive safely.
  8. 2 MORE DAYS!!!!!!! until our next camp. If you are snowed in someplace in NY and want to come down and check out the camp please email me at kylejsoccer04@yahoo.com. I will find a way for you to arrive safely to our rehearsal. There will be hornline, drumline, and front ensemble practicing this weekend. We look forward to seeing you there. If your not sure just come down check things out, we won't throw any papers in your face your first weekend here.
  9. Less than 5 DAYS until our second camp of February, come on down and check things out Saturday and Sunday. Saturday starts at 2:30 and ends at 9 while Sunday we start back up with breakfast between 8-9 and stretches start promptly at 9 am. The weekend will conclude on Sunday at 2 in the afternoon. Free membership tuition, $11 for food the entire weekend, and a warm cozy place to stay with the rest of the corps. Don't miss out on what looks to be a great season.
  10. John is absolutely correct. Come on down this weekend check things out on a completely non-commitment based look. I promise you this much; you won't leave feeling like you wasted your time, and that is for sure. Free membership dues, great food at a low price of $11 for the weekend, and a HOUSING SITE!!! Oh, and i forgot the key part you will instantly feel as if you are part of a family. A friend of mine said his first full weekend here "I have never felt this welcome and warm inside with a corps since my first year of drum corps, than I do now". He's not the first person I've heard similar things from either. We pride ourselves on family, therefore you feel a part of the family. If its a ride that's holding you back send me an email at Kylejsoccer04@yahoo.com I'll make sure you get here safely. Come check things out, you wont regret it.
  11. Tuphlem, Thank you for your honest opinions of the Uniforms, as well as your gracious words about the White Sabers being a Dark horse this upcoming season. We are currently working very aggressively this winter to strive for excellence in both the musical and visual aspects of our performance. As far as the plumes go I to fully agree with your statement (maybe an ostrich feather or two?)
  12. Tuphlem, what would it take to get you to check out our next rehearsal? I mean we already have great food, great staff, great people, and NO MEMBERSHIP DUES!!! The possibility of open class lingers, possibly an upgrade to the Uniforms?
  13. Rob, come check things out on the 27th and 28th.
  14. I too agree John what a great rehearsal weekend. Who would have thought that ELEVEN NEW MEMBERS on valentines weekend none the less. Cant wait for Feb. 27th and 28th. Like john said if your on the fence come check out the only corps in all of DCA that does not charge a membership tuition.
  15. $11 for the weekend for food. NO membership tuition ALL SEASON!!! Great show, great staff, come on down and check things out.
