Completely agreed. The pictures of the guard unis we have all seen are rather close-up; thus accenting the face, due to the mask. I'm curious to see what they'd look like from the "high-cam" angle; this is what the judges and, more importantly, the audience will experience. My intuition tells me that the design team took this viewpoint into consideration.

If you're lucky... I'll set the scene. Eastern Illinois University, The Madison Scouts and The Cavaliers are rehearsing at the same complex. HUGE thunderstorm rolls in, The Cavaliers suspend rehearsal and take shelter where possible. Madison's hornline is in sub-sectionals - mellos, trumpets, and contras find a nice dry awning to stand under. However, us bari/euph types continue tracking with lightning and thunder providing the supplemental soundtrack to our rehearsal segment. Later that evening we find out that storm was tornado warned. Enter: option POW!

Scouts 05 when Carmen is first revealed and right before the hornline comes in a guy fairly high up in the stands yells, "Kick him in the Balls!". Check it out, you'll laugh.
