Start with the flag at a shoulder/hip angle, your right hand on the cheater. Build momentum into the flag with a flourish forward, then tuck it behind your back, putting the center of the flag into the center of your back. When it rolls around, lift your body upward to keep the momentum going, pushing the pole over your shoulder. Then let the flag wrap around the front of your body -- catch it on the right side of your waist with your left hand, then bring it around, back into a shoulder/hip angle opposite of where you started.
