Harvey, Actually Friday night was cooler with low humidity, I drove from Albany, NY in torrential rain the whole way down and the rain dropped the humidity levels, so I thought the horn sound was better Friday night. Saturday night was much more humid and I thought the horn sound wasn't as good except for Phantom and Crown. Now your review is spot on (especially about Phantom), you have the best reviews on DCP hands down and I agree the overall top 5 is better this year but you either like the shows or you don't there is no middle this year. Cadets and Crown have a chance to beat Blue Devils if they can clean and perform their shows the way BD is currently performing their show but those are the two corps that can do it so we'll just have to wait and see.

Everyone is replaceable(especially in a Corporate work environment). I learned that a long time ago and it's time for some new blood to be introduced into the Cadets Staff.

I wasn't trying to connect anything. It's something I just noticed on the recaps. I would have had Phantom first as well.

Great Review. I think this was the best Phantom show ever and one of the best drum corps shows ever and definitely deserved to win. Side Note: It's kind of interesting how BD fell in drums from 3rd (quarter & semi-finals) to 5th in Finals giving that score by drum judge J.J. Pipitone who marched in Phantom.
