other then putting the iggy on SFZfan... doesnt sound like much...... just checked the weather channel..... looking like rain is very evident .. and will be there for a few hours......... hope it clears up.! Please dont slander a corps' name...... thank-you !

just checked The Weather Channel.com and checked for Metamora....... looks like theres storms in the area........ wonder about the condition of the field....... grass OR turf !

Not to add another "type" of placement theory onto this thread, but Im wonderng if "slotting" has alot to do with this topic....... IMHO I think -regardless a disaster happens during prelims- the top 8 or 9 World Class corps are "in" for finals.... BUT...I question some scores and believe slotting is/has taken place......... I guess the only way to overcome this is with the corps memebers themselves ... pushing themselves harder to clean and tone their shows........

hey... I hear ya ! I do not always tarnish this corps..... I have shown my dislike for others on here... Im just thinking that you have your "main thought wave pattern" on this corps/forum...... and thats ok...... I go and check out all the others as well... Im sorry you think Im aiming at "your corps' ..... have nothing agaisnt the kids and everyone involved... I guess we can agree that we dont see eye=to=eye on this..... and talked like human beings.. and thats what having a forum and why we all dont like the same color... I mean this, when I say... have a nice night !

hey 2000.. I will try to answer this question of yours... I try to find "something" I enjoy in each show I see... some shows I find hard to enjoy... this year, I find this show to be it. Not a fan of the kid....not big on the show's theory....... BUT.. they are out there and I applaud them. AGAIN... just my thoughts... thats all.. By the way.. loved 84 and 87 Cadets.. my fav's those years..... so as you can see... I am not biasd.. I hope by seasons end, with all the changes that happen with all shows, that maybe this will be a show that'll grow on me...... (again... this is just my personal view...) but I wanted to let you know......

2000Cadet...... Im just wondering if you realize or notice that other drum corps ALSO march the same night at the same show as your beloved...???? Seriously....... you adore your corps.... (hey,... more power to you...) but taking any flack from just a regular drum corps fan....... you have a hernia..! There are 20 plus other World Class corps out there...... I realize you're an alum...... so vision is kinda "sided"....but geez.......

no......... a FULL PANAL will give us all a TRUE sense of what is truely happening out there.... pro or con..... dont read into any more then that......... geez.......

Yeah.. Im sure he/she probably recovered and what not.. would like to hear what the judges tapes would say on something like that....... BUT.. IT was noted, and seen.... by a "regular dc fan..." Believe BS has some guard and or brass out ........ think the drill's got a couple of them with ankle issues......... and that closer...Nixon in China..... is a killer after a show like that !!
