I always feel that a standing O should be earned and not just the default. FWIW BD had me standing up at the end when I saw them live. Probably my favorite BD show in many many years.

I feel like it's rolling dice at this point but I'll roll. I think the gap to BD closes (ballad was not super solid tonight). The order remains. But gaps close ever so slightly.

Seems like all the corps were a little tired after three big shows this weekend but I can easily see a medal if they keep pushing.
Wouldn’t surprise me to see an addition for East and another in Indy.
I do agree with @WildcatMello that the focus should mostly on cleaning. There still are a lot of details to take care of in every respect (dots, feet, work, and music)

No the district gets it. East is the only event that stretches that facility to its limits. Frankly I’d charge DCI more just for the upkeep.

FWIW the most difficult book is probably Blue Stars. It's ridiculous almost every year just because M. Shapiro writes ridiculous stuff. Watch their flag work. It's just arbitrary hand switches, working both ends of the pole, strange releases into tosses, it goes on and on. Do Stars win guard? Nope. But their kids LOVE being challenged by his work. Boston, Bloo, and Crown all have pretty challenging books as well.
