Seeing a lot of guard fatigue compared to the other night!

I’m actually really digging their front ensemble this year!!

Did they add making the Crown tonight with the Orange Fabric. I don’t remember them doing that last night.

Hahaha Killing it as usual. It was faint but having that glorious Hornline over it was magnificent.

Anyone else notice they put the choir back into the ballad. It seemed more balanced this time.

Yes! Someone did ask about him on Facebook and they said he's been recovering and slowly working his way back into the show.

So great to see the guard member back in tonight and he didn't miss a beat.

Who would have thought a 4th-6th place BOA show would get so much praise from judges 🤣

That VP Score says a lot of how much they've cleaned up

The good thing is they pretty much solidified the cast after December Camp and had video assignments to work on till spring camp. I hope they keep that going because it helps the members get better and ready for spring training

Amen something new to talk about! Very very impressed and it was a good retention for last year of members who came back and got even better.

Oh I know and it's gonna be the same thing like a broken record.

As an alum this this and all this. We are getting down to the last week of shows for the season, people need to just let it go and enjoy the entertainment. These kids, directors, designers, instructors volunteers have been able to bring you Drum Corps this season.

I'm gone for about a day and everyone is arguing about design and who's better, what's risky and what's not. Sounds about right DCP at its finest. Me for one am happy to see these kids truly enjoying their production whole heartedly and the audience participating with them.

They seem bigger because they are more exposed throughout the show from end zone to end zone. But I personally don’t have a staging issue with the guard, they are set up well for effect moments.

Like I said I wasn't offended, others might have been but I wasn't I saw them and went about my time couldn't have cared less. If you wanted context you could have asked me point blank what I meant and I would have told you what I meant and if want to know, I'd didn't think bloo's guard achv was over Crowns I agreed with Boston and BD being ever Crown in guard to be frank. So my comment had Absolutely 0 to do with BD over Crown for anything. Could I have said that yes did I feel like writing a whole thesis at the time Nope! Several people make judgmental comments as if they're judges that need more context but me personally I scroll right on past them. That's their opinion not mine.

Yeah, like I said I didn't care but there are others who do take it more serious and you can't fault someone for their feelings. We all react differently to things. Someone's trigger moment might not be something that you don't consider serious but to them it is. I've taught HS for 19 yrs so dealing with students and their parents is more gruesome than DCP hahaha.

That was my comment and yes I am a judge in my circuit and no this comment had nothing to do with BD because I enjoy their show. I for one could careless what anyone thinks because thats my own opinion that many in my circle agrees and yes many of them are also judges. No one knows what that comment meant and everyone thinks they know but no one bothered to ask me personally what I meant by it. I was not bothered by the laugh emojis.
