Established DCA Drum Corps is seeking local Staff in Minneapolis/St Paul area. Please send cover letter and resume to sean@chopsinc.com Also, please be very prepared to discuss how you will bring members to the corps, as this will be a requirement for any staff position. We are seeking Brass, Guard and Percussion!! Corps was a consistent DCA Class A Finalist prior to taking a few seasons off to regroup. Corps is in solid shape financially and will return to the DCA fields in 2014 season.

So can anyone get me music, videos of old Crusaders? Seems to be popular. I agree with loud/in your face only if done very well. Any help is much appreciated. We want to do this right and keep our Brass (and Percussion) happy! Horn players won't come (or stay) if it isn't a blast for them to play! Please help! Thanks

If you were going to put forth the time, effort and money to march a DCA corps going to finals, what are the top 4 pieces of music you would want to play? Try and be consistent with a show theme if possible. Can be any genre as long as it can be done well on the field. NO need for lengthy discussions. No negative anything. Just AS A BRASS PLAYER, what would you wanna play? ok! Go!

LOL. The last couple years of Dream have been a tragedy! No doubt!

Well, SoCal Dream isnt going to stay alive much longer ( I don't think). Bummer, but reality!

Absolutely not The Kingsmen or En Guard. Brand new, but run by a few people who has successfully run another organization.

Renegades have been a great product. But unlikely to bounce back (although I think we all hope they do). Dream has not been a good product for a while! So Cal has the interest, talent and resources for put together a great, competitive DCA corps. I hope this new group will be just that!

Details will come soon. After the tragedies of the DCA Corps here in California the last few years, I know this group is really making sure things are solid. Stay tuned.
