Rumor has it Hoppy made kids from Cadets work on Cadets 2 drill during meal breaks. Guess they still owed dues.

Problem is season is closer to finish line than it might seem. DCI and DCA are basically on same timeline. DCI has 4 shows (Sunday plus Qrtr/Semi/Finals) left from 2nd week of August just like DCA. Only difference is week in between each DCA show. DCA corps need to be rounding third right now or they will be left in dust. Trick is setting up corps to do this a LONG time ago. Not now. Bucs & MBI seem to get this. Others are starting to. That's why we have a real race for Top 5 now.

Agree. Think after this weekend, top 5 will look WAY different than current ranking. We have real battle this year. Can't wait till Annapo! (Was 3 points low, but nailed the spread) 85.1 - Buccaneers - 88.30 84.2 - Minnesota Brass - 87.45 (Pegged this score. Thought they would be closer to top by now. Maybe next month?) 83.2 - Cadets² - 83.90 (Looks like Bush has edge in this one for now.) 75.5 - Long Island Sunrisers - 74.40 75.4 - Bushwackers - 77.40 (Keep on exceeding expectations) 75.0 - White Sabers - 80.00 (Tough to guess 1st showing) 70.9 - Shenandoah Sound - 63.10 Guess stage is set for showdown between Bucs & Minnesota. Who has more primal urge to go higher, faster and stronger at Finals? /> Battle for all of top 6 spots should be pretty epic. Not ready to count anyone out. Think 3rd place may be toughest battle of all. Cabs, Empire, C2, CV have legitimate shots, maybe even higher. So, anyone else excited about a 5 or 6 corps race for top 3 spots this year or what? />
