  1. Not exactly, Mr. Holmes. Be objective. This isn't the best product they could have fielded. If it was, then yikes.
  2. "Someone says something I don't like or agree with so I'll hurl insults because that's the only thing that will make me feel better." Seriously ppl. Admit it. This show is poorly designed. I'd scrap the whole design team and most of the instructors and start over next year.
  3. Oh dear god no! Who'd waste their time getting that useless degree? :P It's pretty bad.
  4. just watched a video from San Antonio. I know this might not be helpful, but i just need to get it out. i literally watched it with my mouth agape the whole time. this is not the level of design i would expect from this corps. it does not set the members up for success. it does not draw on their strengths. it's awful...utterly awful. i don't know if i can bring myself to watch it in person. i want the phantom i grew up with to come back.
  5. Mods: Go ahead and close this thread. I've purchased through ticketmaster (some crappy seat, but a seat nonetheless). Should've gotten the one I wanted yesterday!
  6. So, I looked online last night to see what tickets were still available. The good ones were gone this afternoon (my fault!). Does anyone have an extra ticket or one they're looking to sell for the Boro show? Thanks!
  7. He isn't. Sometimes emergency measures are needed.
  8. It's not it's a stressful process. Ha! All the stress caused severe GERD, which in combination with the stress caused anxiety attacks. Thought I was having a heart attack (which would be ironic considering I've dropped 50 lbs, exercise regularly, eat healthy, etc). Luckily it was just this annoying condition. All my blood work came back perfect. My lipids were all with normal limits for the first time in years. Of course I have to do things backassward. Same here. I come here not to think (which sometimes is obvious). Lol
  9. I thank you for that. Halfway through and it's only put me in the hospital once. I'll survive. My research and education interests (as well as can be possibly done) are bracketed from my discussions here. I find myself wrong most of the time...just have to keep at it. However, I can't be completely convinced that my name on here can be divorced from your feelings.
  10. Thanks for once. Lol. I knew the handle choice would be problematic. However, it allows people who actually handle the day-to-day operations at Regiment to know exactly who I am. Am I happy with their programming? Hell no. Am I happy with the operations? No. These kids deserve better. I spent five years working behind the scenes there. It's not a rosy picture. What I've heard about things going on this season make me worried more than ever. This is not the overall quality that the name Phantom Regiment deserves.
  11. Lol. You couldn't be farther from the truth. Bless your heart for trying to win a intellectual battle that only exists in your mind. This website really is as much of a joke as I heard it was. The only thing that's clueless is your response. Once you can actually assemble a cogent counter argument about how I'm clueless, do come back to try again. I've already had those type of conversations with people at Regiment. ;)
  12. Please baby Jesus tell me when anyone had said anything derogatory about the members?
  13. Using your logic, we'd end up in Timbuktu. BAC is just an acronym for Boston area Crusaders. SUTA is for members only, earned through sweat and tears. Only members and alumni have earned the right to use that term and should be the only ones saying it.
  14. Speaking of being respectful, did you earn the right to use that acronym?
  15. Well, if they want to improve, they need to work on individual marching technique and music, especially percussion.
  16. Do you even read? And if you're going to throw shade, do a better job.
