Go SCV! Had the privilege of sitting next to a wonderful SCV mom last night. Front ensemble and ballad are so beautiful, staging is perfect. Brass and field percussion are aggressive. This is a very special show.

I'm usually the first to rag on BD brass but they really laid down some really nice chords yesterday. All of the brass in the top 4 are soooo good this year. Really a treat.

The coolest moment of the night was the silence in Saro. A stadium full of people and not one cough cry or throat clearing. Hoping it is like that for all of you tonight. Truly a magical moment where everyone is in the zone

Congratulations to the Mandarins for their first finals appearance. A wonderful yet extremely bizarre performance. I would hope for a fate much better for the poor girl sacrificed...now for the show that would make sense before the life rite after. I guess the life before the life rite after.
