Just got back from watching their rehearsal in Rogers...first time I was able to attend one of those. Interesting how they work. It's so easy to see the dedication each member puts into what they're doing. They're having fun and working hard. I dunno...It was just like what others have said. Brass top notch, though I think they held back some, hopefully saving it for the show tomorrow which I'll get to see first hand.. It seemed like the members were really young...less veterans than usual. A tuba left the field for some reason. They said they had to fill a percussion hole eventually...not sure which one though..a tenor...I think... The brass worked on spacing issues in the drill toward the end. I hope I don't get blasted for this...but I just don't like what the ensemble does during the ballad while the duet is playing. Maybe they'll change it up. It looks like they've got more planned for the end as well...but they're keeping it under wraps. This is definitely a medal contender. I have no doubts on that at all. If they can get that GE up a bit, ...

Why isn't Crown playing at venues with more of the top competition? Who decides the tour route each corps takes. I imagine if Crown went head to head with bloo, scv, bd, or even bac, they would get more into having to really fight for it. I think I read someone else point this out a couple days ago...just re iterating the thought.

Why isn't Crowns' show title "Beneath the Surface" next to it's name on the very first page of the thread? Bluecoats title is there and it was announced after Crown. Blue Knights title also needs to be added.

Does Crown still have to add more of an ending....in years past they add quite a bit on the end around San Antonio. They planning to do that this year as well? From what I remember, in '15, they didn't really start pulling it together until San Antonio....course, I might be mistaken.

I'm surprised no one has commented about the show last night....it was unexpected that BAC placed higher than crown...at least to me. I'm not saying that shouldn't have happened or just had a bad run., But it's something that hasn't happened in an insanely long time...2006 I think.. At least the difference between the scores were small. Crowns music captions scores were really satisfying. I guess we'll see what happens tonight at Orlando. I wish BAc or/and SCV would perform with Crown at the Bentonville show....I'll be there I wanna see how they stack up live with Crown
