Yeah, I prefer marching over concert anyday.

So.. are SAX players most likely to pick up non-reed brass instrument to be able to march in a corps, due to the lack of open saxophone spots in a drum corps hornline? B)

I've been playing the alto sax since the fifth grade, but just recently, for this corps season with FEVER, I decided to not be in the percussion section and took a swing at the mello. It didn't work out, but I picked up the baritone, and halfway through the season, I was given a Euph. It's cool 'cause our bari/euph line had plenty of woodwind-playin'-brass people, especially from the sax. p.s. woo...

Fever, from the central valley, Cali, generally uses kanstuls. Fev also has some dynastys.
