IF the Cadets are in 3rd and close at Quarters, they could definitely still make their move for the title. If any of the 3 corps that would be in the 3rd spot coule move up, it would be the Cadets. We haven't had "Nationals" since VFW and American Legion had their events connected with the organizations' national conventions.
