The whole 1/3 of the show is played atop a rolling swaying rhythm that hurts the horns a little. Ballad was short and pretty, I like subtle horns, that showed their musicianship. Battery came out to play after the ballad and was so good. Great ending but beginning was not as tight. Guard had some drops. I get the feeling that this is a great corps that had an off night.
