This setting will allow for directors to perform their show before the actual DCI/DCPI Live Season begins. If you are interested in this event, simply send me a PM, and I will put your corps in the database. Please read the following directions very carefully for submitting a corps. -------------------------------------------------------------- Contest Application Corps will be classified in 3 divisions: World Class, Open Class, and A Class. There is no number requirement for each classification, but try to put your corps in a classification that best fits the corps talent level. The classes are structured similar to the WGI classification system. World Class being the premier and high level of performing groups, Open Class being a mix of high level performing, but with less resources, and A class groups being groups that have little to no resources, but can still compete with a moderate talent level or have little to no experience competing. Directors can send no more than 3 corps to this event, and they must be in different divisions. Please send me the following: Name of Corps: Name of Director: Classification of corps (bold one): World Class, Open Class, or A Class Location of corps: Years in DCPI: ----------------------------------------------------------- We reserve the right to move a corps to another class, if we feel they exceed the expectations for their registered class, we also reserve the right to move a class downward. Caption submission will come at a later date, and I will PM directors that apply to the event with the details. Schedules will come out once corps begin to register. This event will stop accepting applications once we meet our 50 corps allotment. This is a preliminary and finals competition event, and the top 5-7 (each division) from preliminary competition will advance to finals.
