quegrawks
A competitive winter guard family is forming in the Austin, TX area. At this time, membership is open to ALL AGES. The only limit is that if you are in high school, your school does not currently have a competitive winter guard program! Classification will rely on the average ages and ability levels of all interested members. Plans are to compete in the TCGC and TECA circuits in 2009, expanding to compete in WGI in the near future. Please visit our website and fill out a contact information form. Austin Independent Winterguard Edited May 13, 2008 by quegrawks

ATXguard
Latest News: 6/22/2008 In an agreement with Austin Stars Drum and Bugle Corps, Austin Independent Winterguard has received 501©3 Non-profit status. This means any donations made to Austin Independent Winterguard are tax deductible! We will soon add information about how to make donations, etc. As part of this agreement, Austin Independent Winterguard will be creating a winterguard program for the Austin Stars! We look forward to this collaboration! The plan is currently to have 2 guards: *An Exhibition guard of members 23+ years old who just want to keep up their "chops" during the winter, or who have always wanted to learn how to spin. This guard will act as the Austin Stars Winterguard *A competitive A class or Open class guard (depending on experience level) made up of members aged 14-22. If you would like more information about our winterguard, please visit our website (link in signature). If you would like to make a tax-deductible donation of $25 or more, please email atxguard@gmail.com
