Walter Posted April 9, 2009 Share Posted April 9, 2009 (edited) It is with great sorrow that the Nortstar Youth Organization announces the passing of one of its former members. Joanne Poole, who was in the colour guard with the Dutch Boy Cadets and assistant drum major with the Northstars. She passed away in her sleep last night.
