I don't think there's been any drumline in this millenium that could be considered "Best all time" not even by a mile. 93 Star? 87 Cadets? 94 Devs? Vanguard many years (hence the name of the trophy? 03 Cadets? mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm a lot of people thought vanguard that year. sorry but i saw this had to say something.
