I remember Kelley Wohlner telling me (she worked in the commissary at Griffiss AFB when I was stationed there...I was the geek she invited to the first 86 camp who Cesario had to give a talk to because I was getting in the way a little) that although her sister was one of the 12 in teh guard, the guard as a whole wasn't really happy with the decision. Thanks for the background. Again, to me, it just seems rather shortsighted, a major, major change for a perceived short-term gain, with long-term consequences.
