leed17
After reading all of the topics on the sound issues at LOS, etc., over the last year, it would be really nice for DCI to appease some of the fans who are upset about the echo, etc., by offering APD recordings of the LAST regional before championships - and that would be Allentown in 2010. I know they post highcam vids on FN of Allentown, but doing an APD of each of those corps those nights would go a long way, and would at least give the fans a professional audio recording, OUTSIDE, right around championship time. That way, those who don't like the sound of the DVD's or CD's from LOS could still have the recording from Allentown to listen to, since most corps make very limited to no changes from Allentown to Finals. Just a thought for this coming season... leed17

TrumpetJ
I haven't had any real problems with the APD's from inside Lucas Oil Stadium. I would still be cool with Allentown APD's because I see what you are trying to say, but the LOS recordings sound fine to me.
Grumpy
The recordings done during Championships inside the Can don't have the sound issues that were experienced "live", I suspect that it was cleaned up before the recordings were released. Also, the sound was worse in some areas of the building than others so mic placements may have helped.
Jeff Ream
i'll be honest, the dvd's sounded better than the cd's from finals did. but oh man, those low end synth patches...holy feel the floor/car vibrate
