DCI Trivia Game

Recommended Posts

Okay DCP, we should have some fun and quiz each other on some fun and basic DCI trivia. So here's how the game will work:

The game begins with the first question (which I will post) on anything related to DCI from 2009 to 1972.....

1. To post a question on the forum, you must first answer the previous question correctly along with an explanation of your answer (if necessary).

2. If the question is really easy (Which corps is known as the "Green Machine"?), then no explanation is needed.

Now, here's the catch:

The person who asked the previous question MUST respond to the first correct player, thereby granting them permission to post the next question.

Let me demonstrate for you:

Which drum corps is the only one to ever make finals in every single year?

Correct!

And then that person asks the next question. Should be easy to follow along. For any suggestions on changing rules as we go, we will do as needed. So here's the real question:

Name one drum corps who was one of the original founders of DCI in 1972.

I have a drum corps trivia game on the Facebook app "know it all". It is titled "Are you a drum corps nut?" There are 30 questions covering the entire history of DCI. It is pretty tough if your 70's and 80's knowledge isn't up to par.

Your question posed here is " are you a Drum Corps nut ? "

Yes.

Do I get to ask a question now ?

Hmmm, wasn't that more of a V than a wedge, I was thinking of a different corps.....but maybe there's more than one.
