Great Drum Corps Lady Passes

Recommended Posts

Chubby was one of the founders of the Fulton Gauchos and handled the money for many years. Her son Dennis was one of the Gaucho "kids" that included me, Dave Firenzi, Tracy Bullard, Mike Rogala, Mike Menard, John Mike Famularo, Dennis Higgins, Dennis Morrell and a number of others...

Her Granddaughter Jamie Fox Rightmyer (Patriots) is the wife of Lance Rightmyer (Prime Time Brass, Patriots, Cadets etc.). Jamie is a well known guard instructor in the Rochester area.

Whether it was working a spaghetti dinner or making board decisions, Chubby was deeply involved in drum corps for many years...

My condolences as well. Fulton Gauchos, obviously like most corps...were as close as a family could be...Thanks to people like Frances who were part of this great experience..and can I say must have been a great influence on those names you mention Tom...because as a young guy from Kingston in the 60"s early 70"s ..I experienced the goodwill and manners of the likes of T. Bullard, Dennis Morrell..and all the great ideas they shared with me, again they had great people in their organization like "Chubby".....I am sure she lived a wonderful life and her family and drum corps family mourn her loss yet are better for having been able to share with her their lives as well..RIP....sincerely
