Actually, Jim Donnelly was my very first bugle instructor, at Xavier High School in 1960. I can't confirm that he ever judged, but it seems likely. You are so very right about his positive approach.

Right about Mr. Royer, as well. Your knowledge of the history clearly runs deep. DCP is enriched by that.

MI-5 advises that revealing location would compromise the mission, and anyone I told would have to be "neutralized". (Perhaps they mean "neutered".)

But, back on topic (what a concept for DCP!), I am interested in the names of adjudicators that others would include as most significant to the activity in the past. It would be best to avoid those still active since they are already under enough pressure, especially at this time of year.
