I can't confirm that he ever judged, but it seems likely. You are so very right about his positive approach. Right about Mr. Royer, as well. Your knowledge of the history clearly runs deep. (Perhaps they mean "neutered".)But, back on topic (what a concept for DCP!), I am interested in the names of adjudicators that others would include as most significant to the activity in the past. It would be best to avoid those still active since they are already under enough pressure, especially at this time of year. Cecil Austin - one of my favorites...
