Hanover Lancers at Plymouth

Recommended Posts

OK, noticed three vids of my "Gang Green" <$1 to NY Daily News nickname of NY Jets> at the Plymouth concert on the "You Know What Site". Also there is a vid of the corps in the parade from this year.

Figured the folks who wanted to check were already looking for the bfdtv vids so I didn't bother saying anything about the first half goig up. But now there is a pair of vids that have the entire show. Think someone connected with the corps posted them but not sure.

First half can be seen that Lancers homesite http://www.hanoverlancers.com/ and other can be searched for on the "Roo Rube" <$1 to Scooby Doo> site.

Also http://silverpennystudio.com/lancers/lancers_memories.htm has some pics and vids from years past. Agian this is part of the Lancers home site.

Thanks Jim. Hanover Lancers, for some unknown reason, are the best kept secret in Pennsylvania Drum Corps. Perhaps in a few months I'll be able to take Bob Zarfoss on his invitation. Loved the "Men of Harlech" as did the audience at Plymouth.

Ain't that the truth.... LOL, my main knowledge of the corps was when they were Westshores' biggest rival for a while.

And yes, I still remember the bus songs about them... err... us....

Still get lots of story time from my days in the Lancer Rifle line. When in Gettysburg say Hi to Ernie at the Texas Lunch!
